christmas morning

i feel like a little kid lying awake in bed just waiting to tear into his christmas presents. the best wedding gift we have received is being delivered today, actually, any minute now, and i can't wait for that truck to get here. becca's sibling's (mostly jon and steve) have purchased us a samsung 46" widescreen high-definition dlp lcd tv. and i'm about to wet my pants from the anticipation.

i know i probably shouldn't be so excited. a good christian shuns the hording of material possessions but i've never been a very good christian and i long to play madden 06 in high-def.

as you've guessed this post has been just a way to distract myself for a few minutes and keep me from looking out the window every 15 seconds. wait, the truck is here. peace.

well, i'm officially a married man now. it happened last night amongst a throng of family, friends and well-wishers. it was a blur to be sure.

now we are off to mexico for our honeymoon. catch you on the flip-side. peace out.
